Job Description
Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell company products, build strong relationships with customers, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to retailers, distributors, and customers.
- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit markets regularly to generate orders and expand product reach.
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure proper product display and availability in the market.
- Submit daily sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG experience preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
