Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their property requirements and interests.
- Effectively pitch the key features and benefits of our properties.
- Generate qualified leads by identifying interested prospects and persuading them for a site visit or an appointment with our sales managers.
- Diligently follow up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed record of all calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM software.
- Answer basic questions from clients and handle initial objections gracefully.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and site visits.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the senior sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
- Note: there is no target .
- Training will be provided by the company for two days.
