Job Description

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching electronic products.
  • Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Maintain proper storage conditions to prevent damage to electronic items.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and coordinate with the sales, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, or damaged goods.
  • Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization for efficient operations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports.
  • Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
