Location: Rane's Creamburg Ice Cream Parlour, Malvan

Job Summary

Rane's Creamburg is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our ice cream parlour. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high standards of hygiene, manage inventory, lead the team, and drive store sales while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.

Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

Monitor product quality, stock levels, and inventory to minimize wastage.

Handle cash, billing, daily sales reports, and store deposits accurately.

Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during business hours.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when required.

Ensure visual merchandising and product displays are attractive and well-stocked.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective team management and upselling.

Maintain all operational records, including cleaning checklists, temperature logs, and stock registers.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in retail, QSR, café, or hospitality management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and POS billing experience.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
