Job Description – Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Reporting To: Store Manager

Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their purchases and queries.
• Replenish stock and maintain product displays.
• Ensure shelves are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Check product expiry dates and follow FIFO.
• Assist with billing and cash handling, if assigned.
• Receive and arrange stock deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
• Follow company policies and support the Store Manager in daily operations.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
• Freshers or candidates with retail/FMCG experience are welcome.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Skills:

• Basic communication and numerical skills.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
