Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist 

Location: Panchkula (Hybrid)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years


Job Responsibilities:

● Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google & Linkedin advertising platforms.

● Develop audience targeting strategies, remarketing campaigns, and customer acquisition funnels.

● Perform audience research, A/B testing, and retargeting.

● Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and other reporting tools.

● Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and creatives.

● Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.


Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

● Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events, and Conversion API.

● Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.

● Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting.

● Strong analytical and optimization skills.
