Job Description

  1. Manage insurance policies related to EPC systems, projects, and Material in Transit
  2. Coordinate with O&M and project teams for insurance coverage, renewals, and compliance.
  3. Handle insurance claims, arranging and obtaining necessary documents for filling insurance claim.
  4. Coordinate with insurers, brokers, surveyors, and technical teams for claim filling, assessment and settlement.
  5. Collect and maintain claim-related documents such as incident reports, estimates, invoices, and technical reports.
  6. Monitor asset insurance coverage, policy validity, and risk exposure. 
  7. Maintain MIS for active policies, claims status, renewals, and insurance recoveries.
  8. Ensure insurance requirements of EPC/O&M contracts are fulfilled.
  9. Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for insurance compliance.
  10. Understand root cause of failure/damage, Coordinate technical evaluation with engineering teams and Support preparation of loss estimation for insurance recovery.
