We are hiring a dedicated, detail-oriented **Accountant** for a full-time role at our facility near **Paithan MIDC** (located near MIDC Police Station / Mudhalwadi area). The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, maintaining general ledgers, tracking inventory/invoicing, managing accounts payable/receivable, and supporting local statutory compliance.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Daily Bookkeeping:** Log daily sales, expenses, purchase vouchers, and bank transactions in accounting software (Tally / MS Excel).

* **Billing & Invoicing:** Generate GST invoices, delivery challans, and track client payments (Accounts Receivable).

* **Vendor & Expense Management:** Verify vendor bills, maintain Accounts Payable (AP), and ensure timely operational payments.

* **Bank & Ledger Reconciliation:** Perform routine bank, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations.

* **Compliance & Support:** Assist with monthly GST/TDS filings, payroll preparation, and audit documentation.
