Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative Videographer & Video Editor who can independently handle shooting, editing, and post-production for real estate marketing content, including farmhouses, villas, plots, events, and social media campaigns.

• Key ResponsibilitiesShoot high-quality videos, reels, property walkthroughs, promotional videos, and events.
• Plan and execute creative video shoots for real estate projects.
• Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and drones.
• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging short-form reels, cinematic property videos, promotional videos, and video ads.
• Add transitions, effects, sound effects, music, subtitles, text animations, and motion graphics.
• Perform color correction, color grading, audio mixing, noise reduction, and video stabilization.
• Create professional thumbnails and basic graphic elements when required.
• Convert long-form footage into multiple short-form social media videos.
• Maintain proper organization, backup, and management of all raw and edited footage.
• Work with the marketing team to develop videos according to campaign objectives and current social media trends.
• Editing Skills RequiredAdobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve / CapCut
• Video trimming, sequencing, and storytelling
• Color correction & color grading
• Motion graphics & text animation
• Transitions & visual effects
• Audio editing, music synchronization & sound design
• Reels and short-form video editing
• Video resizing for 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats
• Basic thumbnail and graphic design
• AI video editing/generation tools will be an added advantage
• Requirements1–3 years of experience as a Videographer & Video Editor preferred.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating shooting and editing skills.
• Good knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, framing, and composition.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-location for property shoots, events, and site visits.
• Real estate, luxury lifestyle, or advertising video experience will be an advantage.
• Drone videography experience/certification will be an added advantage.

Salary₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, portfolio, and editing skills.
