# Job Description – Tele Sales Executive (Interior Design Company)

**Position:** Tele Sales Executive

**Location:** [Sector-140a]

**Employment Type:** Full-time

### Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads.

* Handle inbound inquiries regarding residential and commercial interior design services.

* Understand client requirements and explain the company's interior design solutions.

* Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team or interior designers.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

* Update customer information, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM or Excel.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.

* Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth client handover.

### Required Skills

* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

### Qualifications

* Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

* 6month-1 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer support, or real estate/interior sales is preferred.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
