About Us:

We are a premier finance consultancy and loan Direct Selling Agent (DSA) based in Noida, specializing in tailored financial solutions, credit cards, and loan distributions.

Note: Candidate requirements specify that we are seeking candidates located within Sector 16, Noida.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive to drive the acquisition of financial products and expand our client base.

In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, assess their financial needs, and guide them through suitable loan and credit limit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pitch, and sell a wide range of financial products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Micro Loans, and Credit limit to potential customers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and initial customer contact to document collection and loan file login.
• Coordinate with financial institutions and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing and timely disbursals.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in direct sales, banking, or financial product distribution (specifically Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Credit Limit).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of credit scoring, loan eligibility criteria, and documentation processes.
• High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
