What qualities should a good Wellness Agent possess?

1. Good Communication Skills

The candidate must be fluent in Hindi and able to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.

2. Understanding of Sales

The candidate should be able to understand customer needs, explain products effectively, and close sales.

3. Knowledge of the Ayurveda/Wellness Industry

Candidates with experience in the Ayurveda, wellness, or health products industry will be given preference.

4. Listening Skills

An agent should not just speak but also listen attentively to the customer to understand their requirements.

5. Target-Oriented

The candidate must have the ability to work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

6. Follow-up Ability

A good agent is one who follows up with both existing and new customers in a timely manner.

7. Positive Attitude

The candidate should be able to remain calm and positive while working, even when facing customer refusals or difficult situations.

8. Honesty & Integrity

The agent must not engage in providing incorrect information, fraud, or misleading behavior towards customers or the company.

9. Computer/CRM Knowledge

Knowledge of basic computer operations, calling software, WhatsApp, and CRM systems would be an added advantage.

10. Discipline & Punctuality

The agent should be punctual and adhere to the company's rules and processes.
