Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote international courier services
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
  • Generate and maintain a strong customer database
  • Explain service features, pricing, and delivery timelines to clients
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate with operations/logistics team for smooth service delivery
  • Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries 
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Basic knowledge of sales and telemarketing
  • Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
  • Comfortable with calling and handling targets
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
