Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential B2C customers.

Effectively promote and explain company products and services.

Follow up on leads promptly and convert inquiries into sales.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and key business objectives.

Handle customer queries professionally and offer appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements & Qualifications
