Job DescriptionTHE FIXER LAB is looking for a confident, result-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Manager to handle customer enquiries, generate sales, follow up with leads, and convert potential customers into paying clients for our premium shoe cleaning, handbag restoration, and leather care services.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
  • Follow up on leads from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings and generate sales.
  • Explain services, pricing, offers, and membership plans to customers.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on pending leads.
  • Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for customer pickups and deliveries.
  • Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship management preferred.
  • Sales-oriented with a target-driven mindset.
  • Basic computer and CRM/Excel knowledge.
  • Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
  • Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹7000–₹17000 per month, depending on experience.
