Telecaller

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller with experience in FMCG sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors, and supporting the field sales team in achieving business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to retailers, distributors, and prospective customers.
• Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into orders.
• Promote the company's FMCG products and explain offers and schemes.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and payments.
• Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM or Excel.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or Customer Support Executive in the FMCG industry.
• Experience in handling B2B customers such as retailers and distributors.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
• Experience in order booking and retail sales coordination will be an added advantage.
