Job Description

Position: Sales Team Leader

Location: Tradex Tower, Sector 125, Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

About Bellway RealtechBellway Realtech is a fast-growing real estate company specializing in premium farmhouses, villas, plots, and investment opportunities. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Sales Executives.
  • Achieve individual as well as team sales targets.
  • Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Assign leads and ensure timely follow-up through the CRM.
  • Handle customer escalations and assist in closing high-value deals.
  • Develop sales strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
  • Ensure discipline, productivity, and target achievement within the team.
  • Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Target-driven with excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading a sales team.
  • Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience)
