Job Title: Senior Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and convert sales leads for residential/commercial properties.
2. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.
5. Manage the complete sales process from inquiry to closure.
6. Negotiate deals and coordinate documentation.
7. Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
4. Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
