Senior Sales Executive (Real Estate)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Associate to drive residential/commercial property sales, generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through references, walk-ins, digital platforms, channel partners, and networking.
• Conduct site visits, project presentations, and property demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high conversion rates.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams for seamless booking and documentation.
• Assist customers with pricing, payment plans, loan assistance, and booking procedures.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
• Participate in promotional activities, property exhibitions, and sales events.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM (Preferred).
