Customer Support & Sales Executive (EV Battery & Spare Parts)

Job Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Customer Support & Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, explain our products and services, and coordinate appointments. Training will be provided, so prior EV industry experience is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Respond to leads generated through advertisements.
• Explain battery repair services, spare parts, and new battery sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Schedule customer appointments and encourage customers to visit the service centre.
• Coordinate with customers regarding repair progress and provide regular status updates.
• Inform customers about estimated charges and negotiate pricing when required.
• Facilitate payment collection and guide customers through the billing process.
• Operate billing software for invoices and customer records (training will be provided).
• Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with pending leads and convert inquiries into sales.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling, and computer operations.
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and follow up regularly.
• Willingness to learn new products and software.

Experience

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in customer service, telesales, call centre, or front office will be preferred.
