Sales & Marketing Manager

Generate enquiries and sales for industrial machines/equipment

• Develop new customers in manufacturing industries

• Meet plant heads, purchase teams, production managers, and technical teams

• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable machines/solutions

• Conduct product presentations and machine demonstrations

• Prepare techno-commercial offers and negotiate orders

• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure

• Coordinate with service and installation teams for execution

• Maintain relationships with OEMs, dealers, consultants

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Maintain sales pipeline and MIS reports
