Job Description

  • Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, social media, and other channels.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, travel dates, and preferences.
  • Recommend and sell suitable domestic & customized travel packages.
  • Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and package details with customers.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling hotels, transportation, activities, and other travel services.

Stay updated with new destinations, travel trends, packages, and competitor offerings.
