Job Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by actively identifying, prospecting, and closing personal loan and overdraft opportunities. This role acts as a trusted advisor to clients, evaluating their financial needs and matching them with the right credit solutions while maintaining a high standard of compliance and customer service.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: Meet and exceed monthly targets for personal loan volumes, overdraft setups, and cross-selling related financial products (e.g., insurance, credit cards).


Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new customers through outbound calling, networking, field visits, and building relationships with corporate partners for salary-account tie-ups.


Customer Consultation: Analyze client financial profiles, understand their borrowing needs, and recommend appropriate credit limits, repayment structures, and interest rate options.


Documentation & Credit Assessment: Collect, verify, and compile all necessary customer documents (KYC, income statements, credit history) to ensure application files are complete and meet internal credit underwriting policies.


Relationship Management: Manage the customer journey from the initial pitch to the final disbursement of funds, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and fast onboarding process.


Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitive banking products, interest rates, and market trends to effectively position the bank’s offerings against competitors.
