Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through outbound calling, lead generation, and direct sales.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Maintain sales reports and update lead/customer records.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of hardcore sales experience.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
