Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Property Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable properties, managing client relationships, and successfully closing deals.

 Key Responsibilities

* Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and investors.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

* Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and other sources.

* Conduct property site visits and provide professional property presentations.

* Negotiate with clients and property owners to facilitate successful transactions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and property owners.

* Maintain updated knowledge of local property markets, projects, pricing, and trends.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, property listings, and transactions.

* Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and smooth deal closure.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate/property sales.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

* Customer-focused and confident in handling clients.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

* Two-wheeler/four-wheeler for site visits will be preferred.
