Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, promoting real estate projects, generating site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
• Explain real estate projects, locations, prices, amenities, and investment opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into site visits.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses in CRM.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and client meetings.
• Follow up with customers after site visits to support the booking process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain a strong relationship with prospective and existing customers.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding lead status and conversions.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle customer objections.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and computer applications.
• Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Candidates with 0–3 years of telesales or real estate experience preferred.

Salary & IncentivesSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Additional incentives will be provided based on site visits, bookings, and sales performance.
