About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining personal loan products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calling, references, and other sales channels.
• Contact potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Explain personal loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
• Convert leads into successful loan applications.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the loan process.
• Follow up with customers for required documents and application status.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions.
• Ensure proper compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Qualification12th Pass / Graduate from a recognized board or university.
