Job SummaryWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple industries and delivering measurable business results.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
  • Create and manage campaigns for Real Estate, Ed-Tech, Insurance, D2C, and other industries.
  • Conduct audience research, campaign planning, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
  • Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
  • Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven experience working with Real Estate, Ed-Tech, Insurance, D2C, and other business verticals.
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Preferred QualificationsGoogle Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
  • Experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
