Lithium Battery Manufacturing Technician / Factory Worker
Location: Sector 63, Noida

Job Role
We are looking for a skilled Lithium Battery Manufacturing Technician to join our battery production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in assembling, repairing, and manufacturing lithium battery packs using NMC, LFP, and Prismatic cells.
Responsibilities
- Assemble lithium battery packs using NMC, LFP, and Prismatic cells.
- Build battery packs with correct series and parallel cell configurations.
- Perform cell matching, sorting, and capacity testing before assembly.
- Carry out spot welding, nickel strip installation, and battery pack assembly.
- Install and connect BMS, wiring harnesses, and balance leads.
- Test battery voltage, capacity, and overall performance before dispatch.
- Identify and replace faulty cells or damaged battery components.
- Follow quality control procedures and maintain production standards.
- Handle lithium cells safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist in battery repair, rebuilding, and refurbishment as required.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in lithium battery manufacturing or battery repair.
- Good knowledge of Series & Parallel battery pack assembly.
- Experience working with NMC, LFP, and Prismatic lithium cells.
- Knowledge of BMS installation and battery testing.
- Ability to use spot welding machines and battery testing equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety and lithium battery handling.
- Hard-working, disciplined, and willing to work in a factory environment.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in lithium battery manufacturing or repair preferred.
- Freshers with technical training in lithium battery assembly may also apply.
