Lead Generation Executive

Location: Noida Sector 63 (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)

Experience: 6months to 3 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality B2B leads through email outreach campaigns.
• Research potential clients and decision-makers using LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, and online research.
• Build, update, and maintain prospect databases.
• Create and execute bulk email campaigns using email marketing tools.
• Draft professional and engaging business emails for lead generation.
• Verify and organize prospect information to maintain accurate databases.
• Track campaign responses and share qualified leads with the Business Development team.
• Maintain campaign reports and lead records in Excel or CRM.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and campaign performance targets.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Email Marketing and B2B Lead Generation.
• Good internet research and data mining skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospect research is preferred.
• Good written English and professional email drafting skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience using email marketing or lead generation tools will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Legal, Accounting, IT, or B2B service-based lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates from Delhi NCR will be given preference.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
