Job Description

Job Title: International Sales, Support Executive

Location: Sector 80, Noida

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer inquiries via email, calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings.
  • Generate quotations, follow up on sales, and manage customer relationships.
  • Provide basic technical support and coordinate with the technical team.
  • Process customer orders and prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Commercial Invoices, and dispatch documents.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
  • Follow up for cloud subscription renewals, payments, and pending orders.
  • Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS reports.
  • Conduct online product demonstrations and customer training.
