Job Description
- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
- Communicate professionally with customers from international markets.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and call quality.
- Follow defined process guidelines, scripts, and compliance requirements.
- Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM/system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- Meet assigned quality, productivity, AHT, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain proper call etiquette and professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
