Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to acquire new clients, promote investment products, and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of equity markets, mutual funds, and demat account services, with excellent sales and communication skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new clients through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and digital leads.
• Open Demat and Trading Accounts while ensuring complete KYC compliance.
• Promote and sell Equity Trading, Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, Bonds, ETFs, and other investment products.
• Generate revenue by increasing client trading volume and investment assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, HNI, and corporate clients.
• Educate clients on investment opportunities based on their financial goals and risk profile.
• Cross-sell wealth management products such as insurance, PMS, AIFs, and fixed-income products.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to improve client engagement and retention.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and investment products.
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, and support teams for seamless client onboarding and servicing.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Equity Markets, Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, and Demat Accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales and business development abilities.
• Ability to achieve revenue and acquisition targets.

Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and online trading platforms.
