Interior Designer

*Job Overview* 

​We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with exceptional 3D visualization skills and strong experience in 2D drafting and client management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating client requirements into high-quality 3D renders, developing technical 2D drawings, selecting materials, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

​ *Key Responsibilities ​3D Visualization & Modeling* : 

​Create high-end, photo-realistic 3D designs, renders, and walkthroughs using 3ds Max / SketchUp / V-Ray / Corona or similar software.

​Develop innovative space planning, lighting designs, and aesthetic concepts aligned with the client’s vision.

 *​2D Drafting & Working Drawings:* 

​Prepare accurate 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, electrical/plumbing layouts, and detailed working drawings in AutoCAD.

​ *Client Handling & Communication* :

​Lead client meetings to understand requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.

​Serve as the main point of contact for clients from concept approval to final execution.

 *​Material & Finish Selection:* 

​Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, laminates, fabrics, lighting, and hardware based on design schemes and project budgets.

​Guide clients through material selection and vendor visits when required.

​ *Project & Site Coordination:* 

​Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure execution matches the approved 3D designs.

​Assist in site visits to verify measurements and monitor design progress.

 **Key Requirements & Qualifications ​Education* : Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

​ *Experience: [2–4 years]* of professional experience in interior design.

​ *Technical Skills* :

​Expert Proficiency : 3ds Max / SketchUp, V-Ray / Corona Renderer, Photoshop.

​Proficient: AutoCAD (2D drafting and working drawings).

 *​Soft Skills* : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident client-handling ability, and a professional attitude.

​ *Industry Knowledge* : In-depth knowledge of interior materials, market trends, site execution details, and estimation/budgeting.
