Job Description
Invoay is looking for energetic and confident Inside Sales / Telecalling Executives who can connect with business owners, understand their requirements, and book qualified product demos for our sales team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to new and existing leads
- Connect with Salon, Spa, Retail & other business owners
- Understand basic customer requirements
- Explain Invoay Software and its key benefits
- Book qualified product demos for the Sales Team
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain proper lead and follow-up updates in CRM
- Coordinate with Sales Managers for demos and closures
- Achieve daily and monthly calling & demo targets
- What We’re Looking ForGood Hindi communication skills
- Basic/Good English communication
- Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Target-oriented and positive attitude
- Previous Telecalling / Telesales / BPO / Inside Sales experience is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
