Job Description
HR Recruiter (BPO) – Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with Operations and clients.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain daily hiring targets, line-ups, turn-ups, and selection ratios.
- Ensure quality hiring as per process requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for manpower planning.
- Achieve recruitment KPIs within defined TATs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
