Job Description

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Convert walk-in enquiries into gym memberships through tours, trials, and follow-ups
  • Identify and pitch companies in the business park for corporate (B2B) membership tie-ups
  • Negotiate and close deals with HR/Admin teams for bulk employee memberships
  • Maintain lead tracker/CRM and follow up on pending leads (walk-in + corporate)
  • Achieve monthly individual and corporate sales targets
  • Coordinate onboarding, renewals, and upselling for corporate clients
  • Support marketing team with referral drives, local outreach, and lead generation activities
  • Handle membership forms, payments, and basic documentation
