Field Sales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive (DSA) to acquire new customers by promoting financial products through direct field sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build strong relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell financial products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, credit cards, insurance, or other banking products.
• Meet prospective customers and explain product features and benefits.
• Assist customers with documentation and application processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in field sales, DSA, BFSI, or direct sales.
