Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations

• Create and update product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Update product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and inventory.
• Monitor listing health and resolve basic listing-related issues.
• Ensure catalog information is accurate and up to date.

Order Management

• Process and monitor daily customer orders.
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Handle returns, replacements, cancellations, and delivery-related issues.
• Ensure timely order processing and follow-ups.

Customer Support

• Handle customer queries through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer support.
• Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Claims Management

• Handle Amazon A-to-Z Claims.
• Process Amazon SAFE-T Claims.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams for claim resolution.
• Maintain claim records and required documentation.

Feedback & Review Management

• Monitor customer feedback and product reviews.
• Perform feedback reconciliation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve customer experience.

Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Communicate order and delivery updates to customers.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and operational activities.

Content & Social Media Support

• Write basic product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for listings.
• Assist in creating simple social media posts and captions.
• Support the marketing team with content-related tasks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Mid-level knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Data entry skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Ability to handle customer calls professionally and confidently.
• Knowledge of email communication and WhatsApp Business.
• Positive attitude, honesty, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience in Amazon or Flipkart operations.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Understanding of A-to-Z Claims and SAFE-T Claims.
• Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic design is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹14,000–₹16,000 per month.
• Performance-based salary revision after successful completion of the probation period.
