Job Description
Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Lead Generation)
Company: Ugrasen Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Noida
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
Monitor daily advertising budgets and campaign performance.
Generate high-quality solar leads at the lowest possible Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Verify and qualify leads by ensuring customers have their own rooftop and a valid electricity bill.
Upload fresh leads to the CRM portal every 2 hours through manual entry or API integration.
Track campaign performance and prepare daily lead generation reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead distribution.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and lead management.
Analytical mindset with good communication skills.
Salary:
As per company standards + Performance Incentives.
