Job Description
Store ownership: Full accountability for daily operations — inventory, order processing, fulfillment, and dispatch across all shifts.
Inventory management: Maintain stock accuracy, drive replenishment, and minimize shrinkage, damages, and expiry losses. Own On-Shelf Availability (OSA) — keeping SKUs in-stock so orders don't drop.
Team leadership: Hire, train, roster, and manage Shift Incharges, pickers, and packers; run performance reviews and coaching. Build shift schedules that cover peak load while controlling labor cost.
Metrics & SLA: Drive reliability, order accuracy, SLA/on-time delivery, and CPO (cost-per-order); coordinate closely with last-mile to keep delivery timelines tight.
Process & compliance: Implement and continuously improve SOPs (dark store + last-mile); ensure hygiene, safety, and audit compliance.
Reporting: Own daily MIS and weekly audits; report store health, exceptions, and action plans to management
