Job Role

Salary


  • CTC: 18,000 per month
  • In-Hand Salary: 13,000 per month (Fixed)
  • Retention Bonus: 3600 quarterly(Fixed)


Eligibility


  • 10+2 (HSC) or Above
  • Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply
  • Good English & Hindi communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge



Shift & Working Days


  • 247 Rotational Shift
  • 6 Days Working
  • 1 Rotational Week Off


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer queries through Voice & Chat
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service quality
  • Update customer information accurately in the system
  • Meet quality and productivity targets
