Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Contact and follow up with leads received through Instagram.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
  • Build good relationships with potential customers through calls and messages.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
  • Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
  • Handle customer queries in a professional and polite manner.
  • Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
  • Confident and polite speaking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets preferred).
  • Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior telecalling or customer support experience will be an advantage.
