Job Description

Short Job Description – Customer Support Agent (Merchant Services)

Role: Customer Support Agent – Merchant Services

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat related to POS devices, transactions, merchant onboarding, settlements, and payment issues.
  • Troubleshoot Level 1 & Level 2 issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Support merchants, banks, and B2B partners with MDR, TID/MID, reconciliation, and onboarding queries.
  • Log and track all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet service KPIs such as FCR, AHT, and CSAT.
  • Work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment while ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS and company SOPs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Regional language proficiency (any one): Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
