Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Job Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and business model.

- Explain product features, benefits, and investment opportunities to prospective customers in a clear and professional manner.

- Motivate and guide potential clients to take up the company's dealership, franchise, or investment opportunities.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings until the deal is successfully closed.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting qualified leads into successful dealership or franchise partners.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new franchisees and investors.

- Represent the company professionally while promoting its brand values and business opportunities.

Primary Objective:

To qualify the given leads, convert them into dealership, franchise, or investment partners, and contribute to the company's business growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
