Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right wash, detailing, PPF, and vehicle care services.
- Explain and sell Exovo Memberships, Rewards Program, and promotional offers.
- Create invoices and manage daily operations using our easy-to-use web application.
- Coordinate vehicle pickup & drop services and customer appointments.
- Encourage Google Reviews and customer referrals.
- Ensure every customer leaves with a great experience and wants to return.
Desired SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English required).
