Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a computer assistant. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through phone, email, chat, or in-person communication.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system.
Follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical, billing, etc.) for problem-solving.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
