Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Experience: 2–6 Years (Real Estate experience preferred)

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can generate new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate new business through channel partners, brokers, corporate tie-ups, and direct clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and key clients.
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize lead generation.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
  • Represent Bellway Realtech at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-driven with a proven sales record.
  • Knowledge of the NCR real estate market.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong presentation and business planning skills.
  • QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Real Estate Sales.
  • Experience handling HNI clients and corporate partnerships is an advantage.
