Job Description
Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales
📍 Locations: South Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida & Gurugram
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to ₹28,000 In-hand
- ₹100/day Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new fruit retailers in the assigned area
- Visit retailers, collect orders, and maintain relationships
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on payments and achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and provide market feedback
Requirements:
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence (Mandatory)
- Comfortable with field sales and daily market visits
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic smartphone knowledge
Preferred Background: FMCG, Fruits & Vegetables, Beverages, Dairy, Food Distribution, General Trade Sales.
📍 Office: Chattarpur, South Delhi (Office visit only twice a month)
