Job Description

Role:

  • Engage with Indian nurses on overseas job opportunities in Germany, support Japan caregiving-program candidates, and promote German language training programs.
  • Requires strong sales/communication skills and ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.
  • Counsel nurses on Germany job opportunities, promote language training, follow up with leads (calls/WhatsApp/email), maintain CRM records, hit monthly sales targets, coordinate with operations/training teams.

Requirements: Graduate (any discipline), 0–3 yrs in sales/counselling/BD (freshers welcome), excellent English communication, target-driven mindset.
